Bond with your unborn baby using the Pre-natal Yoga Babes Relaxation CD. Do you feel and look pregnant, but find it hard to 'connect' with your baby?
If so, then experience and strengthen that special bond with your bub using the Yoga Babes Pre-natal Relaxation CD.
There are three relaxations on this CD - the first is a 25-minute baby bonding meditation, which, through Yoga techniques and visualisations you'll be given the ability to develop a special connection with your unborn baby.
There's also a relaxation you can do with your partner and/or any other children you may already have - this will help you all feel closer to your new baby.
The third and final relaxation is a half-hour guided meditation just for you - to help you achieve a sense of deep relaxation and encourage you to feel at ease with every stage of your pregnancy and with childbirth.
The narration and script are by Katie Brown, a writer and an IYTA trained Yoga teacher, (specialising in pre-and-post natal Yoga). Katie holds natural childbirth, pre-natal Yoga and infant massage classes on the Northern Beaches of Sydney. She has a five-year-old son, Lucas and a two-year-old daughter, India.
Katie says: "I think it is especially important to connect with your baby while he or she is in the womb. It helps you adjust to becoming a mother and I believe it encourages the bond with your newborn baby.
In my experience, mothers who regularly bond with their baby during their pregnancy have a stronger bond when their baby is born. This bond and the ability to relax will help them cope in that turbulent and tiring post-natal period.
The ability to relax and breathe deeply is particularly important to help you through childbirth and the rollercoaster of hormones associated with pregnancy."
The CD (running time 65:22), features the music of renowned musician Ian Cameron Smith and contains a detailed introduction explaining how to relax, the benefits of relaxation and pre-natal advice. |
